Greedy sellers don't help the market

Frustrating yesterday to have sellers who simply won't reduce their price even in the face of proof that what they are asking is unjustified. Many other properties to choose from at lower prices. Selling it just isn't going to happen at that price. That isn't what they want to hear though.
