The market slump should soon be over

Today's business section in the paper has an article predicting the end of the real estate slump - yeah! Another few months will make a lot of difference. Spring is normally a busy season for selling and buying property, but here in Florida once the holiday season is over we get a rise in business due to winter visitors. This year should be no exception! St. Augustine has lots of snowbirds from northern states and Canada - many of them eventually want to retire here. Come on down!
