Holiday season brings buyers

Suddenly it is like last year! Buyers are out and contracts are being written! Good news for sellers and realtors who have been waiting for buyers to realize that the time is right to act. Wrote 2 contracts over the last week and in my office other agents are experiencing the same upsurge in activity - thank goodness!
