I have done some new searches for ocean front and ocean view condos at St Augustine Beach - and WOW! The prices have really been reduced! A year ago any 2 bedroom condo with the slightest bit of ocean view would be $100,000 higher than they are now. When sales slowed down in 2006 and the inventory of resale homes didn't move, motivated sellers began reducing their prices and kept on reducing prices. There are some really good buys out there now!
